Disclaimer: Although we always do our best to be careful completing all repairs, we understand that eyewear is no longer being manufactured with quality materials and parts as it once was, which has made our job as opticians/technicians extremely difficult. Due to varying frame conditions, we are not liable for any damages during the repair. We observe the right to refuse servicing your eyeglasses. We appreciate your understanding.

Email us photos from at least 4 different angles prior to mailing in your eyeglasses for a repair. We will provide you with a price quote and inform you as to whether your eyeglasses are repairable. Payment for parts, repair fees and shipping fees are due at the time of order.

Please Note: If specialty parts need to be ordered, additional time to repair may be required. Most eyeglass parts from the manufacturer take anywhere between 5 business days to 6 weeks for backordered parts. An ETA and price quote will be provided at the completion of your eyeglass inspection.
