Shipping Zones:

We only ship domestically within the United States. We can fill valid U.S. spectacle and contact lens prescriptions, and ship domestically. However, we do not accept prescriptions outside of the United States. All non-prescription products (i.e. frame only, sunglasses, and accessories) can be shipped domestically within the U.S. without further verifications.

Choosing a Shipping Courier:

Once you've added your order to cart, you have the choice of choosing your preferred courier. We recommend choosing a courier that allows you to track your package with its own tracking number. We typically recommend USPS Priority Mail or First Class for smaller packages.

Shipping Address:

The Shipping Address must match the Billing Address for security purposes. Due to high cases in fraudulent orders, we must take security measures to ensure the protection of our consumers. If the address is different, we will give you a call to process an identity verification, or email you to request an emailed copy of your State ID and ‘Ship To’ proof of address (Example: Utility Bill, Insurance Statement, Bank Statement, etc.) to ensure your name matches your payment method prior to processing your order.

Proof of Delivery - Signature Required

We provide tracking information for all orders to ensure you receive your order. Due to high levels of theft, we require signature upon delivery for all orders greater than $100. No exceptions.

For in-stock frames:

In-person pickup - 3-4 weeks

Ship to home - 4-6 weeks
