Disclaimer: Unfortunately, due to past abuse, we are no longer accepting phone orders. We will only accept and process In-Person, Online Orders, or email orders. If you request any special order frames or discontinued product, please review our Refund Policy before placing your order. There are no refunds or warranties on any discontinued product as we would not have the ability to locate the product if the manufacturer has halted production. If you order a frame that was not discontinued at the time of order, we will do our best to locate the frame. However, if we are unable to do so, and that model is unavailable in a different color, the best we can do is offer a 40% discount off a replacement pair.
We like to keep you in the loop as you anticipate receiving your new eyeglasses. It's important to understand the process, especially since we pride ourselves in providing quality optics for our patients. The turn around time for your eyeglasses may vary depending on your prescription, and how quickly your prescription gets verified. If you have any questions, please contact us directly.
