Filling Spectacles Prescription:

  • Check out our frame selections online.
  • Book an Appointment with us or walk-in.
  • Optional:
    • When booking your appointment, in "Comments" section, indicate which frames you prefer, and we will select frames that match your request.
    • Email us and let us know which frames and styles you prefer, and we will match your request.
  • Confirm your appointment (if booking an appointment). We will contact you 2 days before your Appointment Request to make sure that date still works for you.
  • At your appointment, we will fit you with the different frames, explain different lenses to you, and process your order. You can decide how you would like us to dispense your eyeglasses to you (i.e. ship to home, in-person office dispensing, schedule mobile dispensing)
  • If you choose to walk in, priority will be given to those with appointments. We will assist you as soon as possible. We have one Licensed Optician on site doing all the fittings so we truly appreciate your patience if there is a wait.
  • What to have during your visit:
    • Valid Spectacle Prescription. Check the Expiration Date. Without a valid prescription, we won't be able to fill your prescription. We recommend only filling new prescriptions, no more than 90 days outside of your original eye exam date in case there are any issues with your prescription.

    • A general idea of what you would like for your next set of eyeglasses.
