 Checkout Process (Online Orders)

  1. Add items to cart
  2. Enter billing and shipping information. Billing and Shipping Address MUST match. In the event of Declined Payments, Multiple Attempts of Submitting, or Patient Information does not match Card Holder’s Information, we will call to confirm the transaction for security verification purposes. If the order is not verified within 3 business days, your order will be cancelled. 
  3. Once you have successfully submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating that our system has received your order.
  4. Your Payment Method will be “authorized,” but will not be “captured” until all order details are complete. For all ophthalmic orders, your prescription must be verified prior to processing your order (up to 3 business days).
  5. Prescription Orders will take anywhere from 3-4 weeks. Full Customized orders will take an additional 2-3 weeks. All frames are ordered brand new from the manufacturer to ensure you receive a 1 year limited manufacturer's warranty on your frame. Please allow for an additional 7 business days. Please expect delays due to COVID-19.
  6. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup or contact you with shipping details.
