If you purchased prescription eyeglasses or eyewear, and your frame or lenses include a ONE TIME limited manufacturer's defective warranty one year from the original purchase date; this fee is to cover processing fees and shipping to and from our office to the manufacturer outside of the normal 30 days from the original purchase date, which is covered at no cost to the customer. If you are within the 30 days, please email us directly.
- If your product is not listed here, it does not include a warranty.
- This fee is for ONE pair of eyeglasses. Please update the quantity accordingly if submitting more than one warranty claim.
- This fee is for any claim made from day 31 up to 1 year from the original purchase date.
- You must email us photos if you're unable to drop off your eyeglasses for an inspection, prior to us sending your eyeglasses to the manufacturer.
- It is at the discretion of the manufacturer whether your eyeglasses fall under the manufacturer's defective warranty. If it does not, we will contact you.
- This warranty claim fee is non-refundable.
- If the warranty claim has been approved, please allow 6-12 weeks for processing. Once we receive your eyeglasses back from the manufacturer, we will conduct a final inspection for quality control prior to dispensing the eyeglasses back to you.
- Please Note: When you complete the required listed here, the fees will show in the cart. Removal of the warranty products out of your cart will lead to the cancellation of your warranty claim order, and you will need to restart again.
Dropping Off/Picking Up in Person:
- We will contact you as soon as your glasses are ready for pickup. At that time you can make arrangements for pickup in person.
- You can make an appointment to arrange for drop off and pick up.
- At checkout, you may select your delivery method as "Pick Up"
- This fee does not cover shipping from you to us.
- This fee does not cover shipping from us to you.
- You will need to provide us with courier information including tracking number to ensure we receive your package. Email this information to us.
- At checkout, you may select your delivery method for us to ship your eyeglasses back to you.
- Liability Disclosure: We are not responsible for any lost/damaged packages during the shipping process from you to us. Any issues that may arise will need to be sorted with your courier.
